"I had very little knowledge when it came to hypnosis, but thanks to Shari I was introduced to a whole new world. I wanted help with my motivation to work out. I would always think about working out, but I would never put my thoughts into action. After the exercises and techniques Shari showed me, I now have that urge to work out again.
